- Encode, Decode, Marshal, and Unmarshal are changed to accept single argument. EncodeMulti and DecodeMulti are added as replacement.

- DecodeInterface can now return int8/16/32 and uint8/16/32.

- PeekCode returns codes.Code instead of byte.
